Meet at Gosford Lions Park for an easy ride on cycleways and flat roads, through Umina, then around the cliff face to Pearl Beach. Bring lunch or buy. Cool off with a refreshing swim. A good one for beginners. (You can always catch the train back from Woy Woy to Gosford).
